We leverage our collective intelligence around how to mobilize capital and build entrepreneur supports for zebra companies to inform financial institutions and cities on how to deploy capital to build equitable economies. We facilitate an inclusive design process to figure out how to reach, approach, and build entrepreneurial ecosystems that engage a diverse set of entrepreneurs. We also design financial instruments and systems to fund more diverse and equitable businesses and accelerate community wealth building.

Building cooperative culture

We hold workshops with members and build a broader member engagement strategy to cultivate an inclusive ownership mindset. We also facilitate sessions between cooperative team members to address conflict and reset communication norms.

Designing democratic organizations

We support organizations that are looking to become collectively owned and governed or who are looking to rethink their organizational structures. We help organizations think through the legal structure, bylaw terms, and staffing model that best furthers their missions and objectives.
