Veronica Guguian
Veronica is a strategic marketeer with almost 20 years of experience that loves creating. Her superpower is connecting the dots. She created SPIN Ideas, a strategic marketing agency to help start-ups, scale-ups, and SMEs to convert their stories into marketing strategies. She caters to a broad range of clients from tech, coaching, housing, events, and the chemical industry. She strongly adheres to the power of strategic partnerships, collaborating with others instead of competing. Her belief is that by working together we can create a massive impact, and authenticity is the best way to communicate and reach your audience. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge via talks and workshops, as well as with her clients.
In 2018, Veronica joined forces with Lana Jelenjev to create BASE, a hub for scale-ups. Their mission is to bring together entrepreneurs, managers and experts who want to build relationships, grow smartly and learn best practices on how to Build, Advance, Sustain and Elevate their businesses while at the same time contributing to each other’s success.
Lana Jelenjev
Lana Jelenjev is a community alchemist and learning design specialist with a solid background in training and education. She is the author of Community Builder: Designing Communities for Change and The 90 Day Action Planner, a Kickstarter-backed planner for creative entrepreneurs. Lana provides support in various areas related to the ideation, curriculum design, community building and personal development.
Lana is an avid firestarter, having co-founded initiatives like Neurodiversity Education Academy, an online platform providing awareness, education and support for teachers, parents, and students on the topic of Neurodiversity. She is also a co-founder of Shift Foundation, an organization for real-life learning and awareness-based collective action. Lana also established Community Rituals, a training and support platform to enable leaders to understand the language of rituals in communities. She also created the Community Alchemy program, an online learning and mastermind program for transformational leaders, NGOs and community cultivators.
